Voyager Model is focused on scale display model's detailing set and accessories' design, development and manufacturing. Our scope of products covers from AFV, aircraft, warships to diorama in the scale from 1:700 up to 1:16, with themes ranging from WWI to contemporary military equipment.

Requirements for becoming a distributor

Business licence, delivery address, contact person and contact details (phone, mobile, e-mail, fax—the more the better; the first three are required).
For online shops without a business licence, a shop URL and a fixed delivery address are required.
Our channel has two levels: our company → distributor → end consumer.
First order minimum: RMB 2000 (after discount). No minimum for re-orders. Shipping included.
Official distributors enjoy VoyagerModel's exchange service.

Payment: bank transfer or Alipay. New customers follow payment-before-delivery.

Player service

If a player has lost or damaged an instruction sheet or small parts, they can apply to us for replacement parts, which are permanently free. See Parts Replacement Service for the rules and how to apply.
